1. Services Provided:

Lake Panasoffkee Movers offers moving, packing, and storage services as outlined in service agreements. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.

2. Payment Terms:

A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in withheld deliveries or legal actions.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid penalties. Deposits are non-refundable, except under specific conditions stated at booking.

4. Liability and Insurance:

We are not liable for damages caused by improper packing done by customers. Optional insurance for additional coverage is available. Damages caused during transit by our movers will be assessed and compensated as per the agreed coverage plan.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must provide clear access to premises and ensure accurate descriptions of items. Misrepresentation may result in additional charges or service delays.

6. Storage Terms:

Items stored are subject to our storage agreement, including restrictions on hazardous materials. Unpaid storage fees beyond agreed terms may result in the auctioning of items.

7. Dispute Resolution:

All disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the terms of the service agreement.

8. Amendments to Terms:

These terms are subject to change. Updates will be posted on our official website.
